Very, very good. I can tell a lot of time was spent on this. I've done some portraits of Ellen Page, but none come close to this.

Just a question: How do you achieve those tiny shiny white hair strings? I draw portraits as well..but I can never seem to get those tiny strings of hair right..

As for your question: I use a toothpick and correction fluid to paint those really fine lines.. you could also use opaque gouache white paint to get the same result..

Thanks a lot for your comment =) As for the hair, first I laid out the basic tones and blended them with a tissue until they were really smooth, after that I used a sharp dark pencil to draw random dark hairs here and there, then used a kneaded eraser to erase some fine hairs.
